What You’ll Do
- Handle renewals, changes, and claims support with accuracy and care
- Act as the main client contact, providing timely, thoughtful solutions
- Collaborate with carriers to secure competitive coverage and pricing
- Build trust through responsiveness and industry expertise
- 5+ years of commercial insurance account management experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial lines and underwriting
- Proven ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining top service
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Designations (CISR, CIC, etc.) preferred
