We Are Hiring: Marketing Manager

Based in Petaling Jaya Office

Holista Group is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and strengthen our growing marketing team within the health & wellness industry.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong strategic thinking with practical execution and is comfortable working closely with digital marketing, sales teams, marketing planning, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the marketing team to drive brand growth and market expansion

• Work closely with the Digital Marketing team on online campaigns, social media, and brand visibility

• Collaborate with Marketing Planning and Sales teams to execute effective marketing strategies

• Support field sales activities and understand market/customer needs

• Coordinate with Finance on budgets, marketing ROI, and business planning

• Develop marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and business growth

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing

• Experience in Digital Marketing & Social Media is essential

• FMCG background preferred

• Experience in dietary supplements / health & wellness products is an added advantage

• Science background would be useful but not essential

• Willing to travel and work closely with field sales teams

• Strong leadership and team management capability

• Strategic thinker with strong commercial understanding

• Able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Digital, and Marketing teams
