Country Growth & Marketing Consultant – UK & Ireland 📍 EMEA (Remote, ex. Ireland) 🔎 This role is being recruited on behalf of our client as part of a confidential search. About the Role We are supporting our client—an international leader in digital mental health—in the search for a Country Growth & Marketing Consultant (UK & Ireland). The company’s mission is to expand access to high-quality mental health care worldwide through innovative online services. In this role, you will drive strategic growth across the UK and Irish markets, build brand presence, and lead cross-functional initiatives across marketing, product, localization, partnerships, and regional strategy. This position requires a seasoned marketing leader with strong go-to-market expertise, deep consumer insight, and the ability to influence global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Brand, Market & Growth Strategy - Build and strengthen the brand across the UK and Ireland, - Develop and execute long-term growth, marketing, and localization strategies, - Manage and optimize a significant multi-million-dollar regional marketing budget, - Lead the regional marketing roadmap while influencing global teams and priorities. Marketing Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership - Oversee the media mix across all channels, including: Paid Search, Facebook, TikTok, TV, Podcasts, Radio, - Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with local marketing partners, - Plan and execute growth initiatives to drive user acquisition and brand trust, - Collaborate closely with global teams across marketing, product, compliance, clinical operations, and provider acquisition, - Use data, business cases, and consumer insight to champion market growth, - Manage supply and demand balance across the UK & Ireland. Research & Localization - Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research to inform product positioning, - Support the development of localized product experiences and campaigns. Requirements - 10+ years of experience in consumer marketing with substantial budget ownership (multi-million dollar scale), - 5+ years of experience in fast-paced technology or digital-first companies, - Deep understanding of consumer attitudes and behavioral drivers in the UK and Ireland, - Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, - Proven ability to drive multi-channel acquisition strategies. Bonus (Preferred but Not Required) - Experience in subscription or marketplace business models, - Experience in the health tech ecosystem, - Background in high-growth or scale-up environments. Working Style - Fully remote work environment based in the EMEA region (Excluding IRELAND), with occasional travel as needed - Ability to collaborate asynchronously with global teams across multiple time zones
