Brand Marketing Manager, Aesthetics
We’re seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to drive downstream marketing and commercialization for a leading aesthetics portfolio. This role sits at the center of marketing, sales, and clinical education, translating strategy into field-ready execution that drives utilization and revenue across dermatology, plastic surgery, and med spa channels.
This is not a pure “brand” role—this is a hands-on, sales-aligned marketing position focused on enabling growth in a competitive, procedure-driven market.
Key Responsibilities:
Downstream Marketing & Commercial Execution
- Lead development and execution of go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and product launches
- Build and deploy sales enablement tools (pitch decks, ROI calculators, before/after programs, consult tools)
- Partner with sales leadership to ensure marketing initiatives directly support revenue and utilization goals
- Translate clinical data and product features into compelling, physician-focused messaging
HCP Marketing & Engagement
- Develop and execute physician (HCP) marketing strategies across dermatology, plastic surgery, and aesthetic practices
- Support KOL strategy, advisory boards, and speaker programs
- Lead presence at key congresses (e.g., American Academy of Dermatology Annual Meeting, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery Annual Meeting)
- Partner with clinical and training teams to deliver education-driven marketing programs
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with sales, clinical, regulatory, and product teams to align messaging and execution
- Act as the voice of the customer, bringing insights from the field into marketing strategy
- Support lifecycle management and continuous optimization of campaigns and programs
Qualifications:
- Min. 7-10 years of Marketing experience within Medical Device Aesthetics, Dermatology, or closely related HCP-driven industries
- Proven experience in downstream or commercial marketing (not just upstream strategy)
- Ownership of brand experience
- Strong track record of supporting sales teams and driving revenue-impacting initiatives
- Experience working with or marketing to physicians (HCPs)
- Demonstrated ability to execute across multiple channels: field, digital, events, and training
Offering:
- Base Salary $150,000 - $175,000+ (based on years of industry experience)
- Bonus Potential 15%
