We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
• Lead the development and execution of the annual brand plan, including strategic imperatives, key initiatives, and tactical execution.
• Develop compelling brand messaging and promotional campaigns that resonate with key stakeholders and align with market needs.
• Oversee agency management, MLR review, and budget management for promotional activities.
• Conduct market research to inform brand decisions and monitor competitor activities to proactively adjust strategies.
• Partner with Sales and Training teams to develop tools and resources for field and inside sales execution.
• Evaluate inside sales effectiveness, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend strategy adjustments.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Life Sciences or Business/Marketing; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of healthcare experience, including at least 7 years in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry.
• Strong analytical capability, comfort working with performance metrics and market data.
• Proven ability to lead and influence across a highly matrixed organization without direct authority.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with strong project management capabilities.
• Vaccines or buy-and-bill product experience is a plus.
