In this role, you’ll help expand our market reach and build trusted partnerships with dealerships and collaborate with Account Managers across the region.
As a daily office-based position in our Dallas, TX office, you'll spearhead initiatives in education, prospecting, and dealer support. As an integral part of our team, you'll enhance brand visibility and foster prosperity across our inclusive dealership community. Fluency in English and another language (Spanish or Portuguese) is crucial for effectively connecting with our multicultural clientele. Responsibilities
- Business Development: Maintain and support existing dealership partners, strengthen market presence in the automotive finance sector, while actively identifying opportunities to grow sales. Restructure deals as needed to ensure alignment and value for all parties involved.
- Dealer Support and Solution Development: Provide exceptional service and consultative support, in conjunction with the Account Manager, while acting as a trusted advisor to strengthen retention and satisfaction. Manage complex sales situations, influencing customers and defusing potential problems by using your knowledge of complex business challenges to identify solutions.
- Strategic Business Analysis and Partnership: Participates in monthly and quarterly sales meetings. Partner cross-functionally to enhance sales strategies and workflows, contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes and supporting the implementation of scalable solutions. Serving as a liaison of the funding team/titles team/remarketing/any operational teams, ensuring alignment between client expectations and funding capabilities.
- Brand Promotion: Enhance brand visibility and reputation through targeted outreach, effective communication, and consistent representation of our values and offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in account management, sales, or business development — ideally within automotive lending, finance, or a related field.
- A consistent record of professional growth, including at least 2 years in your most recent role.
- Hands-on experience in auto finance or dealership account management; special finance experience is highly valued.
- Ability to work daily inside regional office in Dallas, TX.
- Strong communicator and negotiator with a proven ability to build trusted relationships and deliver results.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to spot market opportunities and pivot strategies for success.
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Prior experience or familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools preferred.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and equally confident working independently.
- Customer-focused, organized, and committed to excellence in every interaction.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
