Bilingual Account Manager – Personal Lines (Insurance)

Charlotte, NC | Hybrid | Direct Hire


LHH is seeking a Bilingual Account Manager (Personal Lines) for a well‑established, independent insurance brokerage in Charlotte, NC. This direct‑hire role is ideal for a licensed insurance professional with experience supporting personal lines clients in a high‑volume service environment.

This opportunity supports a Spanish‑speaking client population that relies heavily on live phone communication and policy education, making strong communication skills and insurance knowledge essential.


Position Overview

  • Employment Type: Direct Hire
  • Work Model: Hybrid (onsite rotation required)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle 25-30 inbound calls daily in Spanish and English from personal lines clients
  • Explain policy details, carrier notices, cancellations, rewrites, endorsements, and coverage changes verbally
  • Process policy transactions accurately across multiple insurance carriers
  • Manage inbound email requests and follow‑up activities
  • Perform outbound outreach to clients as needed for servicing and retention
  • Maintain complete and compliant documentation within an agency management system
  • Operate in a regulated, compliance‑driven environment tied to financial services

Work mix is approximately 70% inbound / 30% outbound servicing.


Required Qualifications

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license (must be licensed on day one)
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (must explain insurance concepts verbally)
  • Personal Lines insurance experience
  • Prior work with multiple insurance carriers
  • Comfort in a high‑call‑volume phone environment
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Ability to navigate carrier portals and agency systems


Preferred Experience

  • Independent insurance agency background
  • Experience with Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar agency management systems
  • Insurance designations (ACSR, CISR, etc.)
