Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role plays a critical part in our business development strategy, contributing to our success and growth in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and present proposals, product demonstrations, and sales pitches.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and provide updates to management.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
