Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive to join our sales team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships and crafting strategic sales initiatives that align with client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to showcase our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Prepare detailed client reports and forecasts to track progress and outcomes.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Required skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
