Our Security practice works alongside customers to design, implement, and operate cloud-native security solutions — protecting workloads, identities, and data in complex multi-cloud environments.
THE ROLE What you'll be doingAs a Cloud Solutions Engineer focused on Security, you'll be a key technical resource for designing and delivering cloud security solutions for our customers. You'll work closely with architects, consultants, and customer stakeholders to translate security requirements into robust, scalable cloud configurations.
- Design and implement cloud security solutions across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and/or GCP environments
- Deliver security assessments, threat modelling, and remediation planning for enterprise customers
- Configure and manage security tooling including SIEM, CSPM, identity governance, and Zero Trust frameworks
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to embed security best practices into cloud migrations and modernisation projects
- Produce high-quality technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and customer-facing reports
- Stay current with the evolving cloud security threat landscape and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
Essential
- Hands-on experience with cloud security on at least one major platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Strong understanding of security frameworks such as CIS Benchmarks, NIST, or ISO 27001
- Experience with identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), and Zero Trust principles
- Familiarity with cloud-native security services (e.g. Microsoft Defender for Cloud, AWS Security Hub, or equivalent)
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Relevant certifications: AZ-500, SC-200, AWS Security Specialty, CISSP, or similar
- Experience with DevSecOps practices, infrastructure-as-code security scanning, or container security
- Background in professional services or consultancy environments
