Lead Software Engineer

You’ll join a small, high-agency team building applied AI systems from zero to production inside one of the most widely used ed tech platforms in the world.

You might be a fit if you:

• can take an ambiguous problem and turn it into a shipped system
• Know where LLMs genuinely create leverage (and where they don’t)
• Are comfortable moving between backend systems, AI tooling, infrastructure, and product conversations
• Still enjoy being hands-on in production code

The stack is heavily Python (FastAPI), Typescript, React, modern AI tooling, NoSQL systems, and AWS... But depth of thinking matters more than specific frameworks.

You’ll work directly with leadership, product, and engineering to shape entirely new workflows and products that could impact millions of learners globally.
