About the Company
We are hiring a field-driven Key Account Sales Representative to manage key customers such as Panda, Danube, Othaim, Lulu, and similar accounts at the store level. This is not a desk role — active daily field presence is essential.
About the Role
Manage operations with key account stores (branch level).
Responsibilities
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and shelf standards
- Build strong relationships with store teams
- Supervise and follow up with merchandisers
- Handle store-level issues and resolve them quickly
- Execute promotions and in-store activities
- Monitor competitors and report market feedback
- Achieve assigned sales targets
Qualifications
- Saudi National (Mandatory)
- Up to 3 years of experience in FMCG sales
- Experience handling modern trade accounts (Panda, Danube, Othaim, Lulu)
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of in-store execution & merchandising
- Hands-on, field-active personality (not office-based)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- English: Intermediate or above
Pay range and compensation package
Salary range: SAR 8,000 – 10,000 (based on experience and performance, inclusive of monthly commissions)
