Speechify is looking for a Tech Lead to join their 100% distributed team and contribute to shaping the product roadmap. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable products, customer obsession, speed, focus, and collaboration skills.
Requirements
- Experience in building and shipping products that have scaled to thousands or millions of users
- Customer obsession and passion for building high-quality products that serve customer needs
- Ability to work quickly and decide which things can ship now and what things need time
- Collaboration skills to work with opinionated designers, marketers, and PMs
- Hands-on experience with Vanilla JS, ReactJS, Redux, Firebase, and Typescript
