It is essential that the resource has experience in support with end-user experience
- High level proficiency in Windows 7 and Windows 10
- Intermediate to high level proficiency in Apple Mac Operating systems
- Intermediate to high level proficiency in Mobility Device Management (MDM) in IOS and android operating systems and basic knowledge in Microsoft InTune.
- IMAC process Install, Move, Add and Change.
- IT Asset management (Desktops, laptops, mobile devices and other IT peripherals).
- ITIL and Agile process (exposure to SLA, Ticketing system)
- Network troubleshooting and understanding TCP/IP.
- knowledge in Microsoft 365 architecture and Office 365 environment.
- Antivirus troubleshooting (understanding of Trend AV and other enterprise antivirus architecture)
- Proficiency in multiple vendor hardware troubleshooting (HP, DELL, LENOVO, etc.,).
· Software deployment through SCCM.
- Manual software installation and troubleshooting.
· Handling and task prioritization.
· End-user experience
