Are you a CPG National Account Manager ready to own and grow a high-impact Farm, Ranch & Hardware channel while partnering cross-functionally to drive profitable results across North America?

My client, a well-established, global consumer products company with a strong international footprint and continued expansion underway in North America, is seeking a National Account Manager to own and grow strategic Farm, Ranch & Hardware accounts across the U.S. and Canada. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with Sales leadership, Marketing, Planning, Analytics, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive profitable growth and strong customer execution. This position sits at the center of one of the company’s most important and fastest-growing channels. Responsibilities Include:

  • Own and grow assigned Farm, Ranch & Hardware accounts across the U.S. and Canada
  • Lead HQ-level customer relationships and joint business planning
  • Execute account strategies across assortment, pricing, promotions, merchandising, and resets
  • Identify and activate growth opportunities from planning through execution
  • Build forecasts and account plans; monitor performance and close gaps
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Planning, Analytics, and Operations
  • Analyze sales, inventory, and productivity data to guide decisions
  • Manage day-to-day execution and issue resolution

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 7+ years of CPG sales experience, with demonstrated ownership of HQ-level customer relationships
  • Experience managing Farm, Ranch, Hardware, DIY or adjacent CPG channels
  • Strong executional mindset with the ability to think strategically
  • Comfort operating in a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves environment
