Customer Support Specialist

We need a structured, detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to support B2B order processing, documentation, and shipment coordination. This is an operational coordination role. Work Type: Remote Time Zone: U.S. Pacific Time Job Responsibilities: Manage customer email communication (order status, documentation, updates) Enter customer orders in QuickBooks/ ERP Prepare export documents, packing lists, certificates, and shipping documents Coordinate with freight forwarders Prepare weekly reports

Requirements

3+ years in manufacturing customer service or order processing Experience with QuickBooks or ERP systems Experience handling international shipments preferred Excellent written English Required Traits Extremely detail-oriented Proactive follow-up mentality Organized and process-driven Comfortable working in fast-paced industrial environment High accountability Preferred Candidate: Has prior experience in sales and customer support, or customer assistance at music festivals or large events Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments with high message or customer interaction volumes Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements: Internet Connection: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps . Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps . Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. Primary Device: Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer) , Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer) , AMD Ryzen 5 , or an equivalent processor. A minimum of 8 GB RAM . Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor. Must be functional during power interruptions. Peripherals and Workspace: A functioning webcam . A noise-canceling USB headset . A quiet, dedicated home office space . A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
