About the Role
A well-established, full-service agency is seeking an experienced Integrated Media Supervisor to lead media planning and buying across key accounts. This is a senior leadership role that bridges strategy, analytics, and client engagement — collaborating closely with Account Services, Creative, and Insights teams.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of Integrated Planners and Optimization Specialists
- Own media strategy and execution across high-visibility accounts, building strong client relationships
- Develop measurement plans and communicate results clearly to executive-level stakeholders
- Optimize martech stacks and provide recommendations on cross-channel data flow
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively drive optimizations
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration and support junior team members' growth
- Serve as a confident presenter and thought leader internally and externally
What You Bring
- 7+ years of agency experience in media planning and buying
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in audience profiling tools (Comscore, Nielsen, MRI, etc.)
- Experience managing large media budgets
- Familiarity with GA4, MMM, and CDP advertising strategies
