Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager to join a dynamic communications team, delivering integrated public relations and public affairs campaigns. This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple stakeholders, and has a strong understanding of both media relations and policy-driven communications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day delivery of integrated PR and public affairs campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, media, and key stakeholders
  • Develop and execute strategic communications plans aligned with client objectives
  • Draft high-quality content including press releases, briefing documents, opinion pieces, and stakeholder communications
  • Monitor political, regulatory, and media landscapes to identify opportunities and risks
  • Support public affairs activity including stakeholder engagement, policy tracking, and event management
  • Provide strategic counsel to clients, ensuring clear and effective messaging
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and reporting across multiple accounts
  • Mentor and support junior team members where required


Skills & Experience

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in public relations, public affairs, or integrated communications
  • Strong understanding of media relations and the political/policy environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience working with corporate, government, or regulated sectors is desirable
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
  • Ability to think strategically while delivering tactically
