They're looking for a Social & Content Lead to own key accounts end-to-end and drive content strategy across TikTok, Meta, and beyond. A proper seat at the table role with real ownership, not passive account management.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading content delivery and strategy across TikTok, Meta and beyond
- Turning briefs and cultural moments into social-first ideas that cut through
- Overseeing lo-fi, creator-led and foodie content production
- Running influencer and UGC campaigns from start to finish
- Managing paid media spend across Meta and TikTok Ads Manager
- Writing sharp, platform-native copy that sounds like a human wrote it
- 3 to 5 years in a social, content or digital agency
- Strong instincts for what works on TikTok and Meta, and the speed to act on them
- Confident managing clients and keeping things moving
- Comfortable with paid media and able to move from idea to execution without hand-holding
- FMCG, retail or influencer campaign experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker
