Senior Account Manager (Client Services)

We're looking for a Senior Account Manager who's equally at home in a client strategy session as they are in the data. You'll own the relationships, drive the direction, and make sure every moving part lands on time and on brief.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of 8-9 high-profile clients as their primary strategic contact
- Provide direction across channel teams, keeping everything aligned to client business goals
- Own timelines, project schedules, and cross-team delivery from end to end
- Oversee campaign performance across SEM, Social, and SEO, making sure scope, budgets, and KPIs are met
- Spot and present new growth opportunities that move the needle for clients
- Have 3+ years of account management experience in a digital or full-service agency
- Are across SEM, Social Advertising, and SEO
- Can confidently pull and present reports from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta
- Are a natural communicator with strong commercial instincts
- Love connecting data to meaningful client outcomes
- You prefer execution over strategy
- Managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects stresses you out
- Client-facing pressure isn't your thing
