Description:

The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in managing the delivery of large-scale digital projects and campaigns — ensuring all work is aligned with client objectives, on time, and of exceptional quality. You’ll act as the connective tissue between clients, creative, digital, and production teams — ensuring projects run smoothly, communication flows clearly, and the work consistently exceeds expectations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders and deliverables across digital ecosystems including websites, social platforms, CRM, content production, and paid media campaigns. You’ll bring energy, organisation, and a solutions-first mindset to one of our agency’s most dynamic client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for key clients, providing confidence through consistent communication, problem-solving, and delivery excellence.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Work closely with the Account Director to interpret client needs, manage priorities, and identify opportunities for growth or optimisation across digital channels.
  • Develop project scopes, timelines, and resourcing plans — ensuring briefs are clear, realistic, and achievable.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital projects including website updates, social campaigns, content development, and CRM/email initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal teams — creative, strategy, digital, and production — to deliver integrated work across multiple channels.
  • Manage account budgets including cost estimates, purchase orders, reconciliations, and invoicing.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Encourage cross-functional communication across teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Lead weekly WIP meetings to track progress and anticipate risks or blockers.
  • Help define and refine best practices for digital workflow, creative delivery, and client engagement.

Skills and Experiences:

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in account management within an agency or marketing environment.
  • Proven track record managing high-volume, multi-stakeholder accounts — ideally within technology, e-commerce, or consumer electronics.
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems — websites, social media, paid media, CRM, and content production workflows.
  • Working knowledge of the creative and production process, from briefing through delivery and QA.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, Asana) and digital platforms (CMS, social schedulers, analytics dashboards).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What In It For You

  • Work on a globally recognised, high-profile brand
  • Collaborative, fast-paced agency culture
  • Opportunity to grow, learn and take ownership of your accounts
  • Exposure to complex, large-scale digital work
  • Supportive leadership with clear expectations and accountability
  • Free off-site parking
