Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of clients.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives on client relationships, understands production workflows, and can confidently manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.

You will be the key point of contact for clients, working closely with internal production, print, and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities:

• Handled the full lifecycle of client accounts, serving as their main point of contact from start to finish.
• Took client briefs and turned them into detailed technical instructions for the production team.
• Managed all project documentation, including quotes, job sheets, and production schedules for print and display work.
• Worked closely with production and installation teams to make sure every job was delivered accurately and on time.
• Oversaw the entire workflow, from artwork approvals and production through to final installation.
• Stayed ahead of potential issues and handled changes quickly to keep projects on track and clients happy.
• Focused on building trust with clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Kept all project data and client information updated and accurate within our internal systems.

About you:

• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Account Coordinator, or similar role within print, display, signage, or production environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience using CRM, job management, or production systems is highly regarded.
