Account Executive (Marketing / Client Services)

Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite, 5 days/week)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Targeting up to $85,000 base


About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, highly collaborative marketing agency that supports nationally recognized restaurant and franchise brands across the country. They’re adding to their team due to continued growth and are looking for a client-focused Account Executive who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on role, enjoys building relationships, and wants to play a key part in driving marketing programs that directly impact sales and customer engagement.


What You’ll Do

This role sits at the center of client relationships and internal execution. You’ll act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly and effectively.

  • Serve as the day-to-day client contact, building strong, trusted relationships
  • Lead conversations with clients, offering proactive ideas and guidance (not just order-taking)
  • Manage and coordinate multiple marketing campaigns from kickoff through execution
  • Partner with internal teams across creative, social, partnerships, PR, and events
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives designed to drive traffic, sales, and engagement
  • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and budgets across multiple projects
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand services
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement


What They’re Looking For

  • Experience in marketing, account management, or client services roles
  • Strong communication skills and ability to confidently lead client conversations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
  • Experience developing and executing marketing programs (not just strategy on paper)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive


Highly Preferred:

  • Experience within restaurant, QSR, or fast-casual brands
  • Field marketing experience (brand-side or agency)
  • Familiarity with local store marketing, promotions, or market-level campaigns


Work Environment & Schedule

  • Fully onsite in Tampa, FL (Monday–Friday)
  • Standard hours:
  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM
  • Summer schedule offers a slightly later start time
