Synchro is partnering with a growing, private equity-backed organisation to hire a PHP Developer!
This is an excellent opportunity for a PHP developer with React frontend experience who wants more ownership and influence. You’ll take responsibility for three existing React/PHP applications - maintaining, improving, and modernising them - with a longer-term opportunity to help transition systems into a future .NET environment (.NET experience not required).
London | Hybrid Working
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 base
The Role:
- Own and support three core business applications
- Enhance existing React / PHP systems
- Help shape future migration to .NET
- Work closely with stakeholders and development teams
- Improve coding standards, processes, and delivery
- Mentor junior developers
- Support CI/CD, testing, and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong PHP experience (Laravel desirable)
- Strong React / TypeScript skills
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS knowledge
- API development experience
- Experience maintaining live systems
- CI/CD exposure
- Agile experience
- Strong communication skills
