Assistant Account Manager - Workers Compensation

The Role:
- Support a team with managing a portfolio of Workers Compensation Clients (mixed industries, business scales and exposure to national clients)
- Support with phone calls & emails to liaise with clients, insurers, underwriters, service providers and internal stakeholders
- Prepare correspondence, reports and general administration involving workers compensation claims and premium projections and renewals
- Ensure deadlines are met whilst supporting multiple Account - Senior Account Managers and Directors
About You:
- 1+ years’ of recent experience in workers compensation - preference within Corporate NI claims
- Have excellent customer service skills, written, verbal and face to face
- Are a self driven individual who asks questions and is seeking development
- Have a commercial mindset and takes pride in both quality and delivery of work
- Wide exposure whilst you train to take over your own client base

- $90,000 - $105,000 + super + bonus
