Account Executive - Digital & Marcom

You’ll play a key role in delivering integrated campaigns across digital display, out-of-home and print, working closely with clients, creatives and production teams to bring ideas to life.

About The Role

Reporting to the Account Director, you’ll be the glue that keeps campaigns moving — managing day-to-day client communication, coordinating briefs, and ensuring work flows seamlessly from concept to delivery.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with 1-2 years’ agency experience who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants exposure to end-to-end campaign delivery.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage day-to-day communications with clients and internal teams
• Interpret client briefs and develop clear internal creative briefs
• Coordinate and project manage work through the full studio lifecycle
• Support the rollout of integrated campaigns across multiple channels
• Maintain WIP reports and ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date
• Manage timelines, anticipate workflow, and negotiate deadlines
• Prepare client presentations and Quarterly Business Reviews
• Oversee financial admin including estimates, POs, budgets and invoicing
• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and external partners
• Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and is delivered to a high standard

What we’re looking for

• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar account management or coordinator role
• Agency experience in integrated marketing (highly regarded)
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail — nothing slips past you
• A proactive mindset with a solutions-focused approach
