We are looking for an Account Manager for our Professional & IT Specialty to aggressively grow market share across technology and professional talent solutions. This is a pure sales role for a proven closer who thrives in competitive hiring markets, understands how talent drives business outcomes, and wants full ownership of their book of business. You’ll lead with prospecting, consult with confidence, and close staffing solutions that make a measurable impact on your clients and your earnings.

How you will make an impact:

  • Prospect relentlessly; identify targets, open new doors, and build a high-velocity sales pipeline in professional and IT markets
  • Win new clients by uncovering hiring pain points and positioning tailored staffing solutions
  • Grow and protect your book of business through strategic account expansion and relationship management
  • Own the full deal cycle; from first call to signed agreement to successful delivery
  • Lead pricing, negotiations, margin strategy, and contract discussions with confidence
  • Partner with recruitment teams to ensure speed, quality, and delivery against client commitments
  • Deliver a best-in-class client experience that drives repeat business and referrals


The successful candidate brings:

  • Proven success in business development or sales within staffing or professional services
  • Direct experience selling professional and/or IT staffing solutions (contract and permanent)
  • Strong understanding of IT and professional labour markets and competitive hiring dynamics in Western Canada
  • Confidence selling to technical leaders, hiring managers, and senior decision-makers
  • A results-driven mindset; resilient, accountable, and motivated by performance-based earnings
  • Ability to push through rejection, stay focused, and close
