This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to kick-start their career in account management at a world-leading creative agency. As an Account Executive you will be an essential part of the team, supporting the delivery of cutting-edge, data-driven CRM campaigns. You'll gain invaluable experience, working closely with senior team members and learning the fundamentals of client services, project management, and CRM strategy in a fast-paced, innovative, and supportive environment.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Acting as a key support figure for the account team, assisting with daily client requests and communications.
  • Supporting the team in the successful delivery of end-to-end projects, from Strategy, Creative through to Development. Focusing on data-driven CRM campaigns, including emails and push notifications.
  • Assisting in the creation of project briefs and helping to interpret client requirements.
  • Supporting the technical team by helping to test campaigns and ensure feasibility within the CRM system.
  • Assisting with the building of approved emails in the CRM system (e.g., Taxi for Email).
  • Providing administrative support for the account team, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and taking notes.
  • Supporting briefs to the creative teams, organizing reviews, proof reading creative and ensuring a high quality standard of work.
  • Helping to troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational issues and requests.
  • Learning about and supporting the team on larger strategic opportunities.

What We Want From You

  • A demonstrable passion for marketing, technology, and client services. Previous internship or some work experience in a related field is a plus.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, 'can-do' attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn and develop.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting your colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • An enthusiastic and positive approach to taking on new challenges.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to assist on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A curious mindset, with an interest in CRM and data-driven marketing.
