Key Account Manager - DACH region

- Own, develop and expand key accounts across Germany, Austria and Switzerland
- Build trusted senior‑level partnerships that shape long‑term collaboration
- Identify growth paths, cross‑regional opportunities and customer success moments
- Translate technical civil and industrial lifting challenges into safe and value‑driven solutions
- Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, project and customer success teams
- Work remotely from Germany — ideally based in South Germany to stay close to major customers
- You’ll report directly to the Segment Sales Leader – Germany and work alongside a committed international sales team
You Bring
- Proven experience in key or strategic account management
- Deep knowledge of the infrastructure and civil industry sector (in areas such as bridges, tunnels, and heavy industry)
- Strong market knowledge and active network in the DACH region
- Ability to advise senior stakeholders and translate technical needs into solutions
- Fluent German and English communication skills
- Remote working setup from Germany (preferably South Germany)
