Store Manager–Luxury Brand

Position:Store Manager

Company:Globally Recognized Luxury Fashion Brand

Location:Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Basic Salary:MYR 5,000 – 8,000

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store sales, productivity, and profitability in line with annual targets and forecasts

• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and implement action plans to optimize performance

• Manage store contribution, expenses, and personnel costs within budget

• Identify growth opportunities and propose improvement initiatives

• Build and develop loyal clientele in alignment with brand strategy

• Act as a brand ambassador in the local market

• Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity

• Support local marketing and merchandising initiatives

• Oversee all store operations including inventory, replenishment, stock control, and visual merchandising

• Ensure compliance with operational, health & safety, and security procedures

• Manage store administration and reporting accurately and efficiently

• Recruit, coach, and develop store team members

• Drive team motivation, engagement, and performance management

• Ensure grooming and service standards are consistently upheld

• Foster clear and transparent communication across the team

Requirements

• 5 years of Store Manager experience in retail/service environment

• Luxury retail experience preferred

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / Outlook)

• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and retail shifts
