Vezeeta, the leading health-tech platform in the region, is expanding its Egypt Marketplace team to continue serving doctors and patients with best-in-class digital healthcare solutions.

We are looking for a motivated and strategic Key Account Manager (Giza Area) to manage and grow our most important accounts.

In This Role, You Will

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and KOLs
  • Build long-term, trusted partnerships
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction, optimize account performance, and identify new business opportunities.

Your Day As KAM

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with decision-makers and executive stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue with doctors
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Ensure successful delivery of services according to client needs
  • Monitor account performance and track key metrics (quarterly results, forecasts)
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and growth plans
  • Collaborate internally with sales, operations, and product teams
  • Handle escalations and support clients when needed
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.

Our Ideal Candidate Has

  • 1+ year of experience in Medical sales roles or as a Medical Representative with a proven track record is a must
  • Medical background (Pharmacy, Sciences, Vet, or related field) is a must
  • Candidate has to be a resident in one of the Giza areas
  • Strong business acumen and results-driven mindset
  • Strong network in the HC industry is a plus
  • A natural relationship builder with strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and convert them into revenue
  • Comfortable working in the field and visiting clients across Cairo
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance and drive improvements
  • Excellent communication skills in English
