We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Sales Manager to join our growing team in the Construction industry. The primary focus of this role is to develop and maintain strong relationships with our key clients, driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the construction market and a proven track record in account management and sales strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow key accounts and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and lead initiatives to capture them.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and project management, to ensure client needs are met.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and sales agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Monitor key account performance and prepare reports on sales metrics and forecasts.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess satisfaction and expand service offerings.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, products, and services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing contracts.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
