Fullstack Developer (Angular + Java)

Komodo Consulting is a technology and strategy firm specializing in Digital Transformation. Operating in Portugal and Poland, we provide IT Consulting & Nearshore services. We support both public and private sector organizations through two main areas:

• Consulting — with a focus on strategy, investment analysis, and digital process improvement;
• IT Team Augmentation — helping clients scale and strengthen their tech teams.

We are seeking a Fullstack Developer (Angular + Java) to work on an Energy project.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using Angular (v8+);
• Build and maintain back-end services using Java and Spring Boot;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions;
• Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Angular (v8+);
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot;
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration;
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL;
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Proficiency in English at a C1 level or above;
• Agentic development experience is a plus.

Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra (Hybrid - 1 day per week at the office).
