Main Requirements and Qualifications
- Required
- 10+ years of experience within semiconductor, connectivity, or consumer electronics ecosystems.
- Proven success managing strategic, high‑complexity global accounts with tier‑one OEMs, ODMs, or platform companies.
- Strong commercial and negotiation expertise, including pricing strategy, RFQ processes, and executive‑level deal structuring.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional, multi‑regional teams spanning engineering, supply chain, finance, and leadership.
- Technical fluency in SoC platforms, connectivity technologies (Wi‑Fi 7/8), and system‑level architectures.
- Preferred
- Familiarity with chipset evaluation cycles, SDK delivery, and long‑term roadmap alignment.
- Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to influence both internal and customer leadership teams. Salary Range:$ 177,000 to $ 280,000
Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
