Duration: 12 months (Possible extension/Conversion)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Program Execution and Transformation – Change Management function. The role will focus on leading a large-scale client account migration initiative across multiple regions, including Asia and LATAM.
This is a business-focused project management role requiring strong coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight rather than deep technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of a client account migration program from legacy systems to a centralized platform
Coordinate across multiple workstreams, including operations, compliance, and technology teams
Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful execution
Partner with local market teams to understand and document account onboarding requirements (e.g., KYC, legal documentation, client consent, and market-specific nuances)
Ensure alignment and readiness of local operations teams transitioning to the centralized process
Oversee migration planning and execution for client accounts, ensuring accurate replication from legacy systems into the new platform
Act as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders and dedicated technology teams
Drive clear and consistent communication with stakeholders across regions
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager in migration or transformation initiatives
Background in financial services, preferably within a large global bank or similar institution
Strong experience managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams
Solid understanding of client onboarding processes, including KYC and regulatory requirements
Strong organizational and risk management capabilities
Preferred Skills
Experience working on data-centric or account migration projects
Exposure to global or multi-region programs (Asia and/or LATAM)
Familiarity with change management and operational transitions
