Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Makati for a Senior Account Executive. The individual will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, developing strategic account plans, and driving revenue growth. Key tasks include building and maintaining strong client partnerships, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating agreements, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires tracking industry trends, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing to business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and client relationship building
- Strong skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and business development
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- An understanding of fintech, cryptocurrency, or financial services is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM tools and software for managing client interactions and sales pipelines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Must be willing and able to work on-site in Makati
