Accounts Executive (2–4 Years Experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Account Admin Head to lead and manage our finance and accounting operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial management, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, managing invoicing cycles, and delivering exceptional client service while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records
• Ensure compliance with GST and basic statutory requirements
• Support in financial reporting and documentation

Invoicing & Billing

• Raise accurate invoices based on client agreements
• Ensure timely invoice processing and sharing with clients
• Maintain proper records of billing cycles and transactions

Accounts Receivable & Collections

• Track outstanding invoices and follow up on payments
• Maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) reports and aging data
• Coordinate with clients to resolve billing-related issues

Reconciliation & Reporting

• Perform basic account reconciliation
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on receivables and collections
• Ensure data accuracy across financial systems

Client & Internal Coordination

• Act as a point of contact for billing queries
• Coordinate with internal teams for invoice inputs and approvals
• Ensure smooth communication between finance and operations

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in accounts/finance roles
• Good understanding of invoicing, AR, and reconciliation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Good communication skills for client interaction

Good to Have

• Experience in client-facing finance roles
• Exposure to high-volume invoicing environments

• Zoho Books
• GST Filing systems

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
