- Process member-related requests, including applications, training, and events.
- Process requests and distribution of merchandise and supplies.
- Manage member financial inquiries and transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports on regional and district performance metrics.
- Support regional and district leadership with data and insights for informed decision-making.
- Guard compliance of chapters and leadership teams to BNI policies
- Manage member information and access on BNI Connect
- Accuracy and timeliness of reports
- Processing Turnaround-time for member-related requests
- Member satisfaction with district support services
- Responsiveness to regional and district needs
- Accuracy of information in BNI Connect
