We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in marketing services and solutions related to consulting, services, and training.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base within the medium-sized and enterprise business segment.
  • Identify and qualify leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients' challenges and objectives, and present tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and exceptional customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and partner.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and position the company effectively.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven success in B2B sales, with a focus on marketing services and solutions.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our offerings effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working with SMEs and medium-sized businesses is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
