This role combines executive client advisory, enterprise-wide campaign accountability, strategic leadership, and agency-wide influence, positioning you to drive transformation across accounts and the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Focus & Impact
- Leads strategic partnerships across key accounts by building relationships with senior leaders and delivering campaigns that strengthen the agency’s reputation.
- Provides visionary leadership across the agency; defines long-term direction, values, and culture.
- Drives strategic transformation across multiple key accounts; aligns business, client, and agency goals at scale.
- Influences senior C-suite client relationships, serving as a trusted partner at the executive level.
- Guides client strategy and decision-making across enterprise accounts.
- Accountable for the performance and results of agency client campaigns, ensuring they meet data-driven performance standards.
- Builds and scales culture across departments, driving succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
- Mentors senior leaders and foster cross-department collaboration and engagement.
- Manage the agency’s financial strategy, including setting pricing models, managing risk, ensuring profitability, and driving sustainable growth.
- Aligns financial performance with strategic goals across accounts.
- Frames the agency’s business development strategy and leads growth initiatives.
- Guides high-level pitches and develops new offers aligned with client needs and market opportunities.
- Brings deep strategic expertise in client service, paired with a broad, integrated understanding of adjacent disciplines.
- Enables holistic leadership across creative, media, data, and production functions.

- Serves as the senior-most client service leader, driving enterprise-wide initiatives and high-impact client outcomes.
- 12+ years of experience in account management or client leadership roles in advertising, marketing, or communications.
- Proven track record managing senior client relationships at C-suite level.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams, large-scale campaigns, and business growth initiatives.
- Strong strategic, financial, and operational leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to shape agency culture, mentor leaders, and drive organizational transformation.
