As a German Bilingual Account Manager, you are the primary partner and advocate for our German-speaking clients. While a Customer Service Representative solves immediate problems, you focus on the long-term health and growth of the relationship. You will use your fluency in German and English to ensure clients are meeting their business goals using our products, ultimately driving loyalty and account expansion.

Core Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of German-speaking accounts. Build strong, professional bonds with key decision-makers.
  • Onboarding & Adoption: Guide new clients through the setup process in their native language, ensuring they understand how to get the most value from our services.
  • Strategic Reviews: Conduct regular "Business Reviews" (in German and English) to discuss performance, goals, and how we can better support their business.
  • Retention & Growth: Monitor account health to prevent cancellations. Identify opportunities to introduce new features or services (upselling/cross-selling) that fit the client's needs.
  • Bilingual Advocacy: Act as the "voice of the German customer" internally, translating their feedback into actionable insights for our Product and Marketing teams.
  • Contract Renewals: Lead the negotiation and administrative process for contract renewals to ensure continuous partnership.
