We're hiring an Enterprise Account Manager to own relationships with our largest clients and help shape how modern employee benefits should actually work.

**What You'll Do**

• Own relationships with our largest enterprise clients (500+ member accounts)

• Be the trusted advisor HR leaders actually call back

• Drive renewals, expansions, and client satisfaction across providers like Maxicare, MediCard, iCare, Etiqa, and InLife

• Work alongside a team that ships software, not just spreadsheets — we're building the broker operations platform the industry has been missing

**What We're Looking For**

• 3+ years in HMO, employee benefits, or insurance brokerage

• You've personally felt the pain of the old way and want to build the new one

• Sharp written and verbal communication — you can hold your own with a CHRO

• High agency — you move fast and don't wait to be told
