Job Summary:

The Associate Account Executive supports the Account Management team in onboarding, growing, and managing merchant accounts on our e-commerce platform. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, client-focused, and eager to develop a career in account management and e-commerce operations.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in onboarding and supporting merchant partners to ensure a smooth transition onto the platform
  • Maintain strong relationships by providing timely support, responding to inquiries, and ensuring overall merchant satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams to execute campaigns, promotions, and product uploads efficiently
  • Monitor merchant performance metrics such as sales, traffic, and engagement, and provide basic insights or escalate issues when needed
  • Support account growth initiatives by identifying opportunities for promotions, product expansion, and increased platform utilization
  • Track and maintain accurate records of merchant activities, contracts, renewals, and account status
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for internal stakeholders and merchant partners
  • Ensure timely resolution of operational concerns by coordinating with relevant teams and escalating complex issues to senior account managers
  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, platform activations, and special projects for key accounts
  • Stay updated on platform features, tools, and policies to better support merchant partners.
  • Carry out other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management to support business objectives



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or any related field
  • Open to fresh graduates; internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or e-commerce is an advantage
  • Strong public speaking and communication skills, with the ability to present sales decks and engage clients confidently.
  • Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable interacting with clients or external partners
