- Willing to be in field for client presentation as requested.
- Has the ability to identify market potential of qualified accounts.
- Accomplishes mission by completing related tasks/results as needed.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Function as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders and execute
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external clients
- Forecast and track account metrics
- Recognize and grow opportunities within the territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
- Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed
- Utilize contract negotiating expertise in assigned accounts
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
