We are looking for a Key Account Manager Europe to join our team in Barcelona and play a key role in driving growth and managing our most strategic B2B accounts across European markets.

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • This role is based in Barcelona

The Role

You will manage and grow a portfolio of key European accounts, focusing on developing existing clients and driving new opportunities within them, while supporting MiiN's expansion across markets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, retain, and grow key European accounts, ensuring commercial targets are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within each account.
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing clients (upselling, cross-selling, expansion).
  • Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and prepare commercial reports to support decision-making.
  • Support the development and execution of account plans in key markets across Europe.
  • Represent MiiN at top client meetings and international trade shows.
  • Share insights and best practices with the wider commercial team to improve account performance.

Minimum Requirements

What are we looking for?

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or B2B commercial roles.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial mindset with ability to analyze performance and drive account growth.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts in parallel.
  • Client-focused, solution-oriented, and highly autonomous.

  • Background in retail, cosmetics, beauty, or fast-growing companies.
  • Additional European languages.
