Account Manager – Brand & Digital (Agency)

We are a specialist agency with more than 60 professionals, focused on Employer Branding, People & Talent communication, executive visibility, digital communication and content-led brand initiatives. We work with large companies, including major Spanish multinationals, on projects that sit at the intersection of brand, content, social media, digital strategy and employer brand.

We are looking for an Account Manager – Brand & Digital to join our Madrid team.

This is a client-facing agency role for someone who has built their career on the agency side and feels comfortable managing clients, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and leading integrated projects from briefing to delivery. We are specifically looking for agency profiles, not in-house/client-side profiles.

We are not looking for a pure strategist, a pure social specialist or a pure media profile. We are looking for someone who can understand the brief, organise the work, connect the right teams and help move projects forward with good judgement and attention to detail.

A relevant part of the role will also involve projects linked to LinkedIn communication, ambassador programmes, executive visibility and initiatives designed to help employees and leaders become authentic brand voices.

What you would be doing

• Manage integrated client projects from briefing to delivery.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact.
• Coordinate teams across content, social, digital, design, strategy and production.
• Translate client needs into clear timelines, deliverables and next steps.
• Support proposals and integrated approaches across brand, content, digital and social channels.
• Review project and campaign performance and turn results into practical recommendations.
• Contribute to projects related to LinkedIn communication, executive visibility and ambassador initiatives.

What we are looking for

• Around 5 to 6 years of relevant agency experience, ideally in account management, brand, digital marketing, integrated communications or content-related roles.
• Experience managing clients, projects and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
• A solid understanding of digital ecosystems, including social media, content, paid amplification, reporting and analytics.
• Experience working on integrated brand and communication projects across different channels and touchpoints.
• Confidence handling several projects at the same time and keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Experience working with KPIs, reporting and performance analysis.
• Native or fluent Spanish and a very high level of English.
• Strong communication skills, autonomy, curiosity and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience in projects linked to Employer Branding, LinkedIn, executive visibility or ambassador programmes.
• Exposure to both B2B and B2C accounts.
• Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, GA4, Hootsuite, Metricool, Sprout Social, HubSpot or Salesforce.
