Full Stack (MERN) Software Engineer (AI-Native)

The Opportunity

You’ll join a Europe fastest growing AI scale-up. Building new features from day one, working closely with technical and product leadership to shape both the product and how it gets built. The environment is fast-moving, highly collaborative, and suited to engineers who enjoy solving real problems, shipping quickly, and learning through ownership.

The company, one of the fastest growing AI companies in Europe, building intelligent software and autonomous systems. AI is already embedded into how the team works, and they’re looking for engineers who are comfortable using modern AI tooling as part of their day-to-day development process and productivity boost, not a vibe-coding role.

What You’ll Work On

You’ll build across the stack using modern technologies like React, Node.js, and TypeScript, delivering user-facing features in short feedback cycles and contributing to scalable product architecture from the beginning.

You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and leadership in a highly iterative environment where engineers are expected to contribute ideas, make decisions, and take ownership beyond implementation alone.

This role is ideal for previous founders, entrepreneurs and engineers who enjoy building from 0→1, moving quickly, and working in environments where autonomy and initiative are valued.

What Matters

• Entrepreneurial, ownership and critical thinking
• Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript and React and Node.js
• Comfortable building and shipping in fast-paced environments
• Already using AI tools in your workflow to improve speed and output
• Strong understanding of clean code, architecture, and software fundamentals
• Interest in building scalable products with real-world impact

Nice to Have

• Python, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, AWS or GCP
• Side projects, open-source contributions, or startup experience
• Interest in AI, automation, or enterprise software

Salary

Hiring across all levels - £75,000 - £130,000 + options + 30 days holiday
