About Unigage
Unigage is an AI first full funnel growth driven performance agency. The company has
offices in both California, USA and Bengaluru, India. At Unigage, we believe in
outcomes.
We are a lean, AI-first agency that replaces bloated teams with smart people and
smarter workflows. You aren't here to manage projects; you’re here to manage brand
growth using a tech-forward mindset.
Candidate Profile
● Education: Any Graduate with 3-7 years of experience in Agencies/High-Growth
Startups.
● Presence: Exceptionally well-spoken and polished.
● Mindset: A "tinkerer." You should have a personal "stack" of AI tools you use to
manage your own life and work.
This role works closely with cross functional teams to ensure timelines are met on time
and with high quality. The candidate must bring an AI-first mindset, using automation
and intelligent workflows to improve execution efficiency. This is a full-time, in-office
role requiring someone who is fast-paced, structured, and comfortable handling
growing delivery complexity.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
1. Strategic Client Partnership (The Consultant)
● Business Stewardship: Move beyond the "brief" to understand the client’s P&L. You act
as a strategic advisor who understands business goals (ROI, CAC, LTV) rather than just
"vanity metrics."
● Executive Narrative: Synthesize complex AI-driven data into polished, presentable
narratives. You don't just present reports; you tell stories that drive decisions.
● Organic Growth: Identify "white spaces" where Unigage can solve new client
problems, driving account expansion.
2. AI-First Operational Excellence (The Architect)
● Workflow Design: Build and manage automated workflows to handle repetitive tasks
like reporting, meeting minutes, and competitive tracking.
● Lean Management: Direct end-to-end campaign execution with a high
output-to-headcount ratio by leveraging the agency’s toolset stack
● Performance Audits: Use AI tools to perform deep-dive competitor and market
analysis in minutes, not days.
The Toolset Knowledge you should possess
● Generative AI
○ Tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini.
○ Required Proficiency: Power User level. You must be able to use LLMs for
deep-dive market research, competitive audits, and complex data analysis. We
expect you to move beyond basic chat and use these tools to generate insights
that aren't immediately obvious to a human observer.
● Strategy & Visuals
○ Tools: Notion, Canva, Gamma.
○ Required Proficiency: You should be a "Product Architect" of information. This
means building collaborative, living workspaces in Notion and using Gamma or
Canva to spin up high-end, polished decks in a fraction of the time a traditional
agency would take.
● Digital Analytics
○ Tools: Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Similarweb, Google Data Studio (Looker
Studio).
○ Required Proficiency: Insight-driven. You don't need to be a coder, but you
must be able to work with the tech team to build dashboards that ignore vanity
metrics. Your goal is to track real business impact—leads, revenue, and
attribution—rather than just "likes" or "clicks."
● Communication & Orchestration
○ Tools: Microsoft Teams, Slack, WhatsApp.
○ Required Proficiency: Flawless. In a lean team, communication is the first thing
that breaks. You must be a "zero-inbox" personality who ensures no thread is
dropped across mediums. You are expected to manage the chaos and keep
both the client and the internal team in a state of constant, clear alignment.
What we also look for (The Edge)
● Prompt Engineering: You treat a prompt like a creative brief. You know how to iterate
on a prompt until the AI output is actually useful for the client.
● Executive Presence: Since you're using AI to handle the grunt work, your primary value
is your ability to speak to clients. You must be polished, well-spoken, and able to defend
your strategy in front of senior stakeholders.
● Curiosity over Certainty: The AI landscape changes every week. We need someone
who spends 30 minutes every morning figuring out how a new update or tool can make
their job (and the agency) better.
● Vendor Management: As a lean agency, you will often manage niche "micro-agencies"
or AI-specialist freelancers. You need to be a great "orchestrator."
● Financial Fluency: Since you are in a lean team, you should understand the unit
economics of the agency—how your efficiency directly impacts the bottom line.
