YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You drive the frontend Customer App onboarding experience from registration to loyalty enrollment ensuring a fast and frictionless setup reflecting SIXT's premium brand
- You maintain and enhance the identity verification and enrichment funnel with third-party SDK updates and fraud prevention frameworks
- You stay updated on app platform capabilities and integrate new technologies like biometric authentication and digital driver's licenses
- You collaborate closely with backend teams to align on APIs, data contracts and ensure end-to-end consistency across features
- You define and track key KPIs such as app engagement, onboarding conversion and enrollment rates to prioritize and report progress
- You work cross-functionally to coordinate discovery, concept definition and delivery in a shared team environment
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience You have initial experience in product management, preferably with consumer-facing mobile apps
- Know-how You are familiar with authentication flows, identity verification or KYC processes and vendor ecosystems
- Skills You have a keen eye for UX and can provide structured feedback translating requirements into smooth user flows
- Soft Skills You navigate complex cross-team collaboration with clarity and alignment focus
- Motivation You manage data privacy and compliance pragmatically without compromising customer experience
- Background You are data-driven, AI-savvy and comfortable using AI tools to validate and iterate concepts
