We needed professionals who could navigate from business strategy to project management for this endeavor, from risk assessment to cross-team alignment. As a Product Operations, you're expected to play a pivotal role in ensuring the best operational performance of our products and providing a smooth customer experience. You will be accountable for Brazil’s Collection Agencies. Leading the strategy to maximize recoveries and customer outcomes. And team manager.
Responsibilities Will Include
- Lead Agency Governance: Oversee performance, managing day-to-day operational health and escalating blockers proactively
- Drive Budget and Portfolio Allocation: Own the annual budget, defining allocation logic across agencies and channels, and tracking efficiency gains over time
- Facilitate project rituals, align stakeholders across teams, and ensure analytical deliverables translate into concrete operational decisions
- Sustain Collections Infrastructure: Ensure reliability of multi-channel platforms (Portfolio Mgmt, Shuffle, 3rd Party), data flows with agencies, and Collections Lifecycle processes
- Develop and Engage the Team
- 8+ years of experience in similar roles
- Leadership skills
- Fluent or native English
- Genuine curiosity about how products work operationally and how to make them better for customers
- Ability to build structure in ambiguous environments — you'll be defining the playbook, not following one
- Capacity to navigate ambiguity, managing challenging stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication skills; ability to communicate concisely and effectively across all levels of the organization
- Experience building partnerships from inception to delivery
- Exposure to third-party banking integrations is a plus
